how to use

after cleansing face and/or exfoliating, moisten a cotton pad with restoring toner and gently apply over the face in upward movements. allow to dry, and follow with NOVU Glow Serum. avoid contact with eyes.

A watery toner, it is hydrating and slightly re-texturizing. Lavender is hinted well and it did not irritate my skin.
